比賽在下午舉行，本次比賽是公司為了豐富員工生活而決定進行的。比賽共分為八支參賽隊伍，分別由公司各個部門組成。
比賽現場熱鬧非凡，各支參賽隊伍都在摩拳擦掌、躍躍欲試，啦啦隊員們也在為自己的隊伍加油打氣。觀看本次比賽的有公司總經理、副總以及其他高層管理者，更有副總親自掛帥上陣。
比賽通過三局兩勝的淘汰制選出四支隊伍進入半決賽以及決賽的爭奪。
隨著裁判員的一聲哨響，拔河比賽正式開始。各支參賽隊伍卯足了勁，在比賽中使出了吃奶的力氣，隊員們各個漲的是面紅耳赤，表情可謂豐富多彩，讓人忍俊不禁，競爭也是異常激烈，啦啦隊員們則在旁大聲吶喊，加油助威。通過幾輪的淘汰，比賽進入到決賽，由行政隊對決保安隊，雙方在比賽中可謂勢均力敵，不分上下，現場的加油聲也是高潮迭起，把整場比賽的氣氛烘托到了頂點。最終保安隊更勝一籌，奪得第一名，行政隊次之，生產維護隊戰勝了財務隊獲得第三名。公司副總親自為勝出隊伍頒獎，拔河比賽也在大家的歡聲笑語中圓滿結束。
本次比賽的各支參賽隊伍始終秉承著“友誼第一，比賽第二”的精神，發揮良好的團隊合作能力，不僅賽出了水平，賽出了風采，更提高了員工的凝聚力和戰斗力。經理也在賽后表示，希望公司員工能夠發揮出拔河的比賽精神，萬眾一心、齊心協力戰勝困難，不斷提高團隊合作的能力，提高企業的核心競爭力，促進企業的發展，共創美好輝煌。
